Law Revue 2010

Congratulations to the Cast of 2010!

I am very excited to announce the cast for this year's revue and we're incredibly fortunate to have such a diverse and rich range of talent.

What is the Law Revue?

The Melbourne Comedy Law Revue is annual show that showcases the best in student comedy talent and donates all its funds, every year, to a range of charities.  The Law Revue has a long and illustrious history including such graduates as Steve Vizard, Rob Sitch, Magda Szubanski and the entire Working Dog crew.

This year's production crew consist of...

What the!? So... what does a Revue involve?

A revue is a traditional theatre performance that incorporates sketch comedy, dance and music in which recent affairs and popular culture is lampooned, parodied or scrutinised. It's all here combined with a mixture of contemporary media, namely video sketches, to give some techno style to our gags.

The show is organised, written and performed entirely by students with financial help from the Law Students Society and aims to showcase the brightest and best in fresh talent and cutting edge comedy in a comfortable, casual yet exciting live setting.

When is the show?

This year the revue will be held in August 2010. There will be loads of laughs, fun and drink specials galore, as well as some local bands playing afterwards for you guys to get your dance freak on. For enquiries and eventually for bookings, keep your eyes peeled at the Law Revue website.
