What does the future hold for the Victorian Charter of Rights?

Please join Mr Brian Walters SC, Associate Professor Jeremy Gans and Mr Ben Schokman from the Human Rights Law Resource Centre in a panel discussion on the Victorian Charter of Human Rights.

The panel will aim to address the following:
• To discuss the Charter’s impact on Victorian law and policy
• To explore the ‘dialogue model’ of human rights protection in Victoria
• To discuss R v Momcilovic and analyse whether the Charter interferes with the Constitutional separation of powers
